Jurisdiction: misdemeanor criminal and traffic violations, civil below $25,000.00 in dispute to recover property or for damage to property, including breach of contract actions; all small claims; all order of protection cases for the circuit court in both counties of the district, via Admin Order No. 18 and 7th Judicial District Admin Plan.

Oversaw all litigation work before the JDDC.  Instrumental in the prosecution and removal of Faulkner County Circuit Court Judge Mike Maggio and Cross County District Court Judge O. Joseph Boeckmann, among others.
